When may I set-up/tear down as a vendor and what are the vending hours?

Below are the move-in and move-out times and the required vending dates/times. 


Exhibitor Move-In

 

King of the Motos:                                         Thursday, January 18th only, after 10:00AM. ** If you are a King of the Hammers vendor that is contracted to vend for King of the Motos also, you are able to move in on January 18th after 10:00AM.**

 

King of the Hammers:                                   Begins Monday, January 22nd after 12:00PM 

                                                                        Ends Thursday, January 25th at 11:59PM

 

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors working for Exhibitors may enter at 6:30AM on move-in days listed above with approved credentials. **With the exception of January 22, 2024 when no KOH only Exhibitor may move in before 12:00PM**

Event Days and Required Vending Days

 

King of the Motos:                                        January 19-21 / 8:00AM - 6:00PM

 

King of the Hammers:                                   January 26th - February 3rd 8:00AM - 6:00PM

 

Exhibitor Move-Out

 

King of the Motos only vendors:                 Monday, January 22nd by 12:00PM

 

King of the Hammers:                                   Sunday, February 4th (date preferred by HKP) and Saturday, February 3rd after 12:00PM
