Exhibitor Move-In and Set-Up

King of the Motos Vendors: Thursday, January 23^rd after 8AM

King of the Hammers Vendors: Monday, January 27^th after 12:00PM through Friday, January 31^st before 5:00AM

*KOH staff is available to guide you to your assigned location from 8am-6pm during exhibitor move-in dates. If you arrive outside these hours, we kindly ask you wait outside the Hammertown gates until those hours for assistance. If you arrive outside of these hours on the forementioned dates but are an experienced KOH vendor and know your location, you may enter and self-guide to your assigned location. Please note, if you accidentally set-up in the wrong location, you will be asked to pack up and move to your assigned location. 

*Exhibitor Appointed Contractors working for Exhibitors may enter at 6:30AM on move-in days listed above with approved credentials. **With the exception of January 27th when no KOH only Exhibitor may move in before 12:00PM**

Event Required Vending Days

King of the Motos: January 24^th through 26^th / 8:00AM - 6:00PM (suggested times)

King of the Hammers: January 31^st through February 8^th /  8:00AM - 6:00PM (suggested times)

Exhibitor Move-Out

King of the Motos only vendors: Monday, January 27^th by 12:00PM

King of the Hammers: Sunday, February 9th (date preferred by KOH) and Saturday, February 8^th after 12:00PM
