When does registration for returning vendors open?
King of the Hammers is one time a year, but we work year-round! Your KOH staff keep in touch with sponsors and vendors throughout the year. Please email tiara@kingofthehammers.com if you have any questions.
Returning vendor deposits are typically due during the Summer. Returning vendors will receive an email with instructions.
Returning vendor booth assignment confirmations/final payment are typically due in October and signed vendor contracts are typically due in November. Returning vendors will receive an email with instructions on how to confirm and pay for booth assignments through our online Portal. Vendor contracts are sent via email in November after all booth assignments/payments are completed.
