May I drive to/from my vendor booth inside Hammertown vendor show during King of the Hammers event?
For the safety and enjoyment of the Hammertown vendor show,
it is a foot traffic only event most days/times. We do allow vendors to drive
in/out to restock, move display vehicles, or park their daily drivers inside
their booth space each day during specific hours when foot traffic is lower.
Please see times below.
- Jan 30, 2025 all day (Last KOH Vendor Move in Day) through Jan 31, 2025 6:00AM Pacific Time
- Entry/exit for vendors
is preferred at Gate 3 but may be permitted on a case-by-case basis if
it's easier to get in or gain access to your booth via a different
gate.

6pm-6am Pacific Time: Vendors may access their vendor booth via vehicle
to restock, move display vehicles, or move daily drivers

during the days.

be off the lakebed no later than midnight Feb 12 as the military will be
taking over for training. The military will not allow anyone onto the
lakebed after this time until training is completed weeks later.
IMPORTANT: Hammertown Vehicle Pass is required to gain access to Hammertown. These can be purchased onsite for $30 each at the Welcome Tent on Boone Rd during the event only. All vehicles must be parked inside your purchased booth or camp/garage space. No parking in the street. Vendors may temporarily pull up to their booth/stop in road in front of booth to unload product only during the hours listed above.
If you have any questions or concerns during the event,
please ask Security or a KOH Staff member to radio Tiara Hunter, email tiara@kingofthehammers.com, or
call 844-590-1234 and select option 2. Please do not leave a voicemail. Emails
are best if you cannot reach us by phone since cell service can be limited
during the event.
