We love our local communities and to show our continued support we have again partnered with neighboring community associations to offer discounted tickets.

To take advantage of this offer just follow these simple steps:

1)     Complete your SpeedWaiver here; 
            **A separate waiver is needed for every person in your party.  Parents, complete one for your child with their name and photo and your signature.**;
2)      Visit a participating community association listed below;
3)      Show you current government ID (Drivers License, Military ID etc.) with your local address;
            **Your ID must show your local address or the offer is not valid.**
4)      Purchase your tickets on site at the community center; 
            **Tickets will be available after January 15, 2024 and while supplies last!**
5)      Get your wristband and come join us at the 2024 King of the Hammers!! 

Proceeds benefit the community center and are non-refundable.

SPECTATOR TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Spectator Tickets for HammerKing Productions, Inc.’s King of the Hammers (“KOH”) events are revocable licenses that only grant an entry for the person for the King of the Hammers event (the “Event”). The person seeking entry pursuant to such license, and any accompanying adults or minors (“Holder”), agrees that such license is subject to these terms (“Terms”) and by purchase, acceptance and/or use of such license, Holder is deemed to have read the Terms and has agreed to be bound by them. Failure to comply with the Terms shall result in forfeiture of the license and all rights arising under it without refund and entitle HammerKing Productions, Inc., and/or venue management (individually or collectively, “Management”) to pursue all legal remedies available. Admission may be refused or revoked, and Holder may be ejected in Management’s sole discretion.

ALL SPECTATOR TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE MADE EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN.  If admission is refused or revoked, or unexpected limitations result in Event cancellation, or the Event is canceled and not rescheduled for any reason, the sole and exclusive remedy is a credit equaling the total amount paid by the Holder at the time of purchase towards a future 2023 or 2024 Event of the Holder’s choice. Management’s liability for any breach of the Terms shall not exceed the original amount paid for the Spectator Ticket.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HAMMERKING OR VENUE MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THE SPECTATOR TICKET. ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE EVENT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. SPECTATOR AND MANAGEMENT AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS THAT THEY ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE OR ARBIRTRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. IF SPECTATOR DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, SPECTATOR MUST LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE EVENT AND VENUE. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.

The Event date and time are subject to change at Management’s sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund or other remedy if Holder cannot attend or for any other reason.

Holder must comply with all Event policies including without limitation policies addressing security and spectator conduct, health and safety, and bags. If Holder does not consent, Holder acknowledges Management has the right to deny or revoke Holder’s admission without refund. Management reserves the right to deny or revoke the admission of any person who it determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk to the health or safety of other attendees or whose conduct violates these Terms, any venue policies, or is otherwise disorderly (or complicit therein) without refund.
