I heard about the "first times on us" Ultra4 fee-waiver program. I haven't raced KOH or an Ultra4 race before, am I eligible?

As of 2024, the "first times on us" Ultra4 USA offer is no longer a valid offer for Ultra4 USA or King of the Hammers.
