Do I need a Bureau of Land Management(BLM) permit to be a vendor?

Anyone vending on BLM land needs a King of the Hammers BLM permit. Instructions on how to secure the permit are provided at the time of your booth contracting during Fall each year. If you are vending on one of our private properties, you do not need a BLM permit. All vendors on BLM land and our private property must have a copy of their insurance on hand at all times during the event and be ready to present it to the BLM or HKP if requested so that they/we may verify the vendor is in our current event King of the Hammers BLM permit book. For BLM questions, you may email roxy@kingofthehammers.com
