Are vendor deposits, admin fees, vendor booth payments, or sales percentage pay-ins refundable?
All payments are non-refundable as there's a lot of planning, infrastructure, and work that goes into each location held for a vendor. In addition, holding a spot for a vendor eliminates an opportunity for other vendors at our event. Last-minute cancellations are costly to our event and unfair to other vendors who are hoping to get into the event. No refunds or credit for inclement weather or mud.
